My client`s regional data maintenance organization supports factories and sales organizations in EMEA.
The data maintenance process leader has the following main responsibilities:
„« Maintaining MM master data in our global SAP R*3 system
„« Maintaining EAN codes
„« Communicating with factories and sales organizations for information retrieval, knowledge transfer and validation purposes
„« Communicating with the other regional data maintenance organizations in America, Asia and Australia for updates and changes of global standards and processes
„« Auditing specific master data fields and descriptive SAP fields
„« Supporting local Master Data Controllers at factories and sales organizations
The following qualifications are required:
„« Good understanding of integrated processes across factory, marketing and customer levels
„« Experience with SAP master data maintenance and understanding how it relates to business processes, system functionality and financial reporting
„« Ability to liaise with different departments across factory and marketing country, such as production, quality assurance, engineering, finance, purchasing, sales and marketing
„« Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization
„« Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal
